Thank you for shopping with Designs by Menace. Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship your order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may require 5–14 business days before shipment. Production times are listed on individual product pages where applicable.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on location.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders (typically over $100), we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped.

If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be canceled once production has started.


Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During holidays and promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early for gifts or special occasions.
